Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
  • Conduct Sales Presentations: Present products/services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed assigned sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to effectively position our products/services.
  • Provide Feedback: Share insights from customer interactions with the marketing and product development teams to help improve offerings.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up communications.

Job Requirement
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales in Real Estate and/or Digital Agencies catering to Real Estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
