Job Description
Role Overview:
As an Enterprise SaaS Sales Manager AnacityBusiness Pune, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of our SaaS business within your designated city. You will lead sales and business development initiatives, manage key client relationships, and coordinate with local operations to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and customer satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and property management sectors. A leader who can effectively meet the CXO community with a go getter attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
  • Develop and execute a  comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market growth      within the city.
  • Identify and target  potential clients, including property management companies, real estate      developers, and commercial property owners.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and      managing contracts.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management  and support.
Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local      market dynamics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the city.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the product development team to enhance the Anacity platform.
